Privacy & Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 10, 2026

At SCZ Labs we respect your privacy. This page explains what data we collect when you contact us, what we use it for, who we share it with, and which cookies this site uses.

Who is responsible

SCZ Labs LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, is responsible for the personal data you share through this site. For any privacy question, write to us at contact@sczlabs.dev.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we only collect what you share with us:

  • Name — so we know how to address you.
  • Email — so we can reply.
  • Company (optional) — to better understand your project's context.
  • Project type — the option you pick in the form.
  • Your message — the description of what you need.
  • IP address — transiently, only for spam and abuse protection (Turnstile and submission rate-limiting); it isn't stored with your request.

How we use it

We use your data only to handle your request. We don't sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone beyond the providers listed below.

  • Reply to your request and share the next steps.
  • Prepare a proposal or estimate where relevant.
  • Protect the form against spam and automated submissions.

Who we share it with

To run the site and the form we rely on a few providers that process data on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare — site hosting and bot protection (Turnstile).
  • Resend — sends the email with your request to our inbox.
  • Google Workspace — receives and stores the email at contact@sczlabs.dev.
  • PostHog — processes usage analytics data and session replays on our behalf (hosted in the US).

Usage analytics

We use PostHog, an analytics tool, to understand how the site is used: pages visited, clicks and interactions, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. It may also record session replays that help us improve the site; anything you type into forms is masked and never recorded. This data is tied to a random identifier — not to your name or email — and we don't use it for advertising or sell it. You can turn analytics off anytime from the cookie notice or right here. Session replays are automatically deleted after 30 days; the rest of the analytics data is kept for at most 7 years. We honor your browser's "Do Not Track" signal, and you can also turn analytics off right here:

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Cookies

This site uses functional and first-party analytics cookies. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Examples include:

  • NEXT_LOCALE — a functional cookie that remembers the language you chose (Spanish or English). It lasts one year and holds no personal or tracking data.
  • PostHog (ph_*) — an analytics cookie and local storage that assign a random identifier to your browser to tell visitors and sessions apart. It lasts up to one year and stops being used if you disable analytics.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — stores a technical value in your browser (on challenges.cloudflare.com) to tell humans from bots and protect the form against abuse. It holds no advertising or cross-site tracking data.

Depending on the services and features in use, additional strictly necessary technical cookies may be set by our infrastructure providers.

How long we keep it

We keep your message for as long as we need it to handle your request and maintain our relationship with you. If you'd like us to delete it, just write to us.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the data you shared. Just write to us and we'll take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with its update date.
