The challenge
Security staff must file reports from the field, and Seguridad VP needs to guarantee each report is filed by the right person, in the right place — without relying on trust.
The solution
We built a mobile app that verifies identity by face before granting access — powered by an AI service deployed on AWS Rekognition — and stamps every report with its location via geolocation.
Results
Deployed to production and remarkably stable: a single initial deploy and one update since were enough, with a minimal support burden. Verified identity and location on every report provide end-to-end traceability and curb fraudulent reporting.
